  • Filesystem:
    Yocto Warrior (based on official NXP release L4.19.35_1.1.0).
  • Linux kernel:
    Variscite imx_4.19.35_1.1.0_var01 branch (based on NXP branch imx_4.19.35_1.1.0, which is based on Linux 4.19.35).
  • U-Boot:
    Variscite imx_v2019.04_4.19.35_1.1.0-var01 branch (based on NXP branch imx_v2019.04_4.19.35_1.1.0, which is based on U-Boot v2019.04).

Noteworthy updates:

Release 1.1

  • Kernel (DT): Correct LDO1/LDO2 voltages on DART-MX8M-MINI and VAR-SOM-MX8M-MINI (Based on MLK-23275-1 by NXP)
  • Kernel defconfig: Extend Docker features
  • Added an image with Docker support, including graphical support (and splash screen)
  • fsl-image-qt5: allow building the toolchain using populate_sdk
  • Bcm43xx-utils: Do not start WiFi if not available, Fix i2c-tools dependencies
  • SPL: Disabled SD card detect pin
  • U-Boot: Fixed M4 binary loading when using the TCM
