Variscite is pleased to inform about the Yocto Pyro v1.1 release for our DART-6UL Modules, based on iMX6UL and i.MX 6Ull processors.
Modules: DART-6UL (including DART-6UL, DART-6ULL, and DART-6UL-5G).
Release: pyro-fslc-4.1.15-mx6ul-v1.1.
Noteworthy updates:
- Updated Wi-Fi firmware for DART-6UL and DART-6UL-5G
- Significantly reduced DART-6UL-5G WIFI power consumption is suspend
- U-Boot updates:
- Fixed SPL on latest i.MX6UL silicon to work around boot ROM bug

Variscite will present a new product lineup built around the Smart Mobility Architecture (SMARC) form factor standard during Embedded World 2026, running March 10-12 in Nuremberg, Germany.
